These terms apply when you book any fitting service with Vehicle Technology Specialists (trading as VTS), a mobile vehicle technology fitting business registered in England and Wales. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Bookings are made online via our website at vtsautomotive.co.uk. By completing a booking you confirm that:
A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address. This constitutes a contract between you and VTS for the service specified.
All prices shown on our website are all-inclusive. The price you see when booking is the total price — parts, labour, colour-matching and clean-up are all included. There are no hidden extras or call-out charges.

Payment is due on completion of the fitting. We do not require a deposit. You will receive a secure payment link once the work is complete. We accept:
We do not accept cash. If payment is not received within 24 hours of job completion, we reserve the right to pursue payment through appropriate channels.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible on 0121 798 0033. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible so we can reallocate the slot.
Because there is no deposit, there is nothing to refund. Late cancellations or no-shows where the technician has already travelled to the location may, at our discretion, result in a call-out charge of £30 to cover travel costs. We will always try to accommodate changes where notice is given.
All fittings are carried out by trained, insured professionals to manufacturer standard. We carry full public liability insurance on every job.
We guarantee our work. If there is a fault with a fitting that is attributable to our workmanship, we will return to rectify it at no additional cost, provided you contact us within 14 days of the fitting date.
This guarantee does not cover:
You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and ready at the agreed time. Where parking or access is restricted, you are responsible for making arrangements to provide a suitable working space.
We reserve the right to decline or abort a fitting if the working conditions present a safety risk, or if the vehicle is not as described at the time of booking. In such cases, a call-out charge may apply.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
